Hypnosis For Confidence

How Does Hypnosis for Confidence Really Work?

Hypnosis for confidence is something that you may be looking into. Could you imagine boosting your self-esteem and finally being brave enough to talk in public, get on that stage or simply feel at ease walking into a room full of people? The question that many people ask is how hypnosis can really help to boost confidence levels.

What Hypnosis for Confidence Doesn’t Do

hypnosis for confidence Firstly, this isn’t something that turns you into a person you’re not. Secondly, you will not suddenly start acting arrogant or doing things that you have never dreamed of doing in the past. Unlike on the television, this isn’t something where the hypnotherapist takes over your mind and makes you do things.

It works by pulling the confidence from you that is already there. After all, everyone is born with confidence. It is just the things that happen in life that either helps that grow or disappear.

How Hypnosis Can Help You Build Confidence

Hypnosis works by helping you forget the reasons and the beliefs you have about your confidence. It works on your subconscious to make you believe that you are confident. Eventually, that comes through to your conscious mind without you realising it. It’s like you learn again how to be confident in yourself instead of letting things affect your self-esteem levels.

Consider Your Feelings and Thoughts

Hypnosis for confidence isn’t something that just works behind the scene without input from you. In addition, there are questions that you need to consider, such as what you’ll do now that you’re more confident and how you think you will feel once you become more confident. The thoughts and your answers will give you the chance to imagine the future and set goals to achieve each day.

By setting goals, it keeps you motivated as you see that the hypnotherapy is working. You are more likely to stick to the programme since you see your confidence growing.

Now that you understand more about hypnosis for confidence, you can decide whether it is the right option for you. Remember that this does require some work from you. It’s not the type of eye-spinning, mind-takeover that you see on the TV. It required dedication as you change the way that you think and feel about situations to help your self-esteem grow.

  • I don’t know why, but to me it seems like self-esteem and confidence go hand in hand. If an individual has very low self-esteem, can’t that affect their confidence? And, if it does, if that person comes to you for help, wouldn’t you need to help this individual work on both of these issues?

I have heard so many stories about people who managed to grow their confidence using hypnosis and I can say for sure that this really works . I actually have a friend that tried going to a hypnotherapist therefore his confidence and self-esteem equaled 0 . After a few weeks it was a way more confident person . Hopefully this kind of real stories would help other people make a good decision and call a therapist .

Glad your friend has improved after going for hypnotherapy as it can provide people with lasting change as they change their perception of things and no longer allow themselves to accept what they thought before. Everyone already has the resources to be confident already or to increase their self esteem and it is about helping them tap into those resourceful states that can then impact their behaviour in a positive way.

I never thought about getting hypnosis training until I saw a show about it last week. It would be so cool to be able to do self hypnosis. If it can also build self confidence, then I’m even more interested !

I think there’s a big chance that hypnosis for confidence works big time. But there’s also social phobias to take into account. I know a lot of people who could afford to get a confidence boost. I know I’ve been down to my lowest in life and I wish I got hypnotized to get through some hard times in my life.

Hypnosis can do wonders for someone’s confidence. I know for one I have grown more comfortable with myself than I ever have and I am ready to grow even more because of it.

Confidence is everything !! If you have confidence then you have everything and YOU CAN DO ANYTHING . If you are not able to feel confident about yourself then my advise would be to visit a therapist or hypnotherapist as soon as possible because those are the people that can really help you solving you confidence problem .

Any tips for those that find it hard to be hypnotized. I’ve tried hypnosis tapes for confidence but always end up day dreaming or laughing hysterically.

You made some great points in your post. Would your advice also work for those looking to increase confidence in a certain area (e.g., job interviews, test taking, dating, etc.)?

I really think hypnosis can be used for just about any reason, confidence is just one thing on a massive list of things hypnosis can help. I have been hypnotized quite a bit in the past and it has helped me get over so much, and it has helped me build my confidence.

I can legitimately see hypnosis helping out with confidence. I mean, it is just changing how one feels about themselves and not to worry about what others think of them. That’s my mentality these days. I never worry about what others think of me, so my confidence is usually pretty decent.

Yeah I agree that someone who does hypnosis on their confidence problems, probably wont turn out to be some jerk. I believe we’ll just see a rise in confidence about ones being and self. I myself did this, and I feel much more confidence, but I would never be rude about how I fee and have changed.

I have had a fair share of confidence problems, mostly back when I was in high school. Wish I used hypnosis back in those days, there was this girl I had a massive crush on, but was too scared to talk to, would have been nice to have hypnosis therapy to show more confidence back then.

If it can help me with my confidence I’m really all for it. I mean, I could use the help these days, but I will be very happy with the whole outcome of hypnosis if it does actually make me more confident.

Great article Biodun. I could use a rise in confidence myself as the past few years with my work have been hard to deal with. I deal so much with a lot of annoying work and a lot of annoying people and my confidence to work has dropped on my big time. Should I give hypnosis a try?

Confidence comes and goes for me. I will say that my confidence has been better in the past few years, but as of late, I still wish to have a rise in confidence so I can actually feel good about life.

Thanks for sharing! Great article and really interesting to read. I Have done my own hypnosis to help me get pregnant and it worked, and so I figure if I have any days of low confidence or weight gain, or anything really, I’ll just give hypnosis a try again.
