    I got rid of over 50lbs with Biodun’s help 3 years ago. Sure I go up and down a couple of pounds but that’s expected. I could never stick to diets for more than 2 or 3 days and couldn’t lose the weight I’d gained during pregnancy. However, as my son is now 22 years of age, blaming him was no longer a viable option! I eat what I want, when I want however, I do know I don’t eat nearly as much as I used to but not because I am consciously denying myself food but simply because of the tools and techniques Biodun taught me and instilled in me. Simple things like saying no when offered a free sample in a supermarket – before I would automatically have taken it whether I wanted it or not (or even liked it). I suddenly wanted to exercise more, something I hadn’t wanted to do in years and found that I really enjoyed it. Go for it!

    Many of the people ( especially teens ) have a problem nowadays with weight and this is worrying because they are trying to lose their problem using pills or any other ways that harm their health . I know for sure that hypnosis would improve their health . The only thing that needs to be done is to make publicity for hypnosis and hypnotherapists in order to inform everyone about them .

    I can totally see hypnosis working for helping one get motivated. My brother-in-law used a hypnotist to help him lose weight and he went to the gym more often, ate healthier and he lost 50 pounds. So I totally believe it.

    Weight loss is not easy, and if I can get some hypnosis to help me get to the point in my life to get over it, I’m all for giving it a shot. I’ve let my weight get up so high ever since after high school and I am ready to shed the weight, but once I begin I get demotivated quickly.

    It’s clear I still have the habits that sabotage my weight loss. And those are sweats; chocolates, cookies, cake, etc. I eat it when I see it. I’ll even buy a pail of ice cream and eat it in a few days. Sad I know. But I realize I have become addicted to sugar, so I could give this all a try to lose the addiction and weight together.

    Weight loss is a major pain to deal with. Even though I feel like I’m at a good weight, people say I’ve gained a lot or look fat, I know rude, right? Anyways, I just feel like losing a little bit of weight, but not too many. If I ever get too big, I’ll try hypnosis maybe.
